Hydrostatic pressure test, burst test and normal temperature pressure cycle test of composite hydrogen cylinder of 35MPa, 70MPa

Hydrogen energy is considered to be the most promising clean energy in the 21st century because of its abundant reserves, high combustion value and regenerability. It has important strategic significance for solving the two problems of “energy shortage” and “environmental pollution” that currently plague the world. With the development of fuel cell technology, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are gradually becoming a hot spot for the world's auto manufacturers. The high-pressure hydrogen storage technology has the advantages of simple structure, fast charging and discharging, compressed hydrogen low energy consumption and other advantages, It is the main hydrogen storage method adopted by hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The composite hydrogen cylinder has strong pressure bearing capacity, light weight and good corrosion resistance. It is the preferred type of hydrogen cylinder for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Since the stored medium is flammable and explosive hydrogen, it has potential leakage and explosion hazard during use, so its safety performance is the key to the widespread acceptance and market promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

1. Cylinder cycle fatigue test stand is a special test equipment for gas cylinders designed and manufactured according to relevant national standards. It is mainly used for new energy hydrogen cylinder, LNG gas cylinders, CNG gas cylinders, LPG gas cylinders, breathing gas cylinders, wound gas cylinders, nitrogen gas cylinder, oxygen cylinder, accumulator, fire-fighting gas cylinder and other pressure fatigue strength, life simulation fatigue test, meet the design of requirements of GB/T9252-2001 gas cylinder fatigue test method; can perform normal temperature, high and low temperature fatigue test, according to GB17258\GB24160\ISO11439 and other gas cylinder standards.

GB/T 9252 Method for cycling test of gas cylinders;

GB/T 4351 Portable fire extinguishers;

GB 17258 Steel cylinders for the on-board of compressed natural gas as a fuel for vehicles;

GB/T 8109 Wheeled fire extinguishers ;

ISO 11439 High pressure cylinders for the on-board storage of natural gas;

ISO 9809 International standard steel cylinders;

ECE R110 Motor vehicles using compressed natural gas in their propulsion system;

GB24160-2009 Hoop-wrapped composite cyinders with steel liner for the on-board storage of compressed natural gas as a fuel for automotive vehicles

3. Basic parameters of the testing machine:

Test medium: Water, oil

Impulse fatigue pressure: 0-150Mpa (arbitrarily set up and down pressure and holding pressure time according to customer requirements)

Pressure measurement accuracy: ±0.25% F.S (optional higher precision)

Impulse fatigue frequency: 0-1HZ

Impulse pressure waveform: Trapezoidal wave, basic square wave, triangular wave, sine wave or arbitrary waveform

Test medium temperature: Room temperature +10-150 °C

Test ambient temperature: -60-150 ° C (according to customer requirements)

Test product volume: 10-500L

Number of test pieces: 1-6 pieces
